Damn, 😱 sleep duration and physical aging actually form a U-shaped curve?

Sleeping too little ages you quickly, sleeping too much surprisingly also makes you look older!
The lowest biological age difference is entirely between 6.4 and 7.8 hours.
The academic journal "Nature" published a groundbreaking study on the relationship between sleep duration and biological aging in middle-aged and elderly populations.
Using 23 biological aging clocks, they examined the brains, hearts, skin, and immune systems of people aged 37-84, and finally revealed an extremely counterintuitive data point:
Sleep duration and physical aging follow a strict U-shaped pattern.
The optimal anti-aging range for the most top-tier organs is precisely between 6.4 and 7.8 hours per day.
As long as you sleep less than 6 hours or more than 8 hours, your brain, liver, and immune system will all accelerate aging across the board.
