#ALLORA has delivered an explosive move in a very short period, surging more than 100% and entering a highly extended region. While momentum remains bullish on higher timeframes, the current structure is showing early signs of exhaustion after a near-vertical advance.
RSI is deeply overheated across multiple periods, with some readings already above 85–90. Historically, such extreme momentum levels often lead to either a sharp correction or a prolonged cooling phase before another sustainable move can develop. MACD remains positive, but histogram expansion is slowing compared to the earlier impulse phase, suggesting momentum may be losing strength.
The recent candles near the 0.19–0.20 region are also showing profit-taking activity after a strong rally. This doesn't confirm a reversal by itself, but it does indicate that buyers are becoming less aggressive at current prices.
⚠️ This is a very risky counter-trend setup. The trend is still bullish and no major bearish breakdown confirmation has been received yet. A proper short bias becomes much stronger only if price starts losing the 0.1800 support region with volume confirmation. Until then, aggressive squeezes toward new highs remain possible.
The 0.20–0.22 zone is expected to act as a key reaction area. Better entries near resistance significantly improve the risk-reward profile and reduce exposure if bullish momentum unexpectedly resumes.
If the rally continues and price starts holding above recent highs with strong volume, it is better to avoid the setup entirely rather than forcing a short against a strong trend. Maintain strict stoploss discipline and consider trailing stoploss to entry once initial targets are secured 📉.
