Lately I’ve started farming airdrops and doing interactions again, but I’ve got a bit of “internet addiction withdrawal” restraint: if I can get it done with a single wallet, I don’t split into a dozen or more accounts. It feels like the pushback isn’t coming from the project team—it’s me giving myself overtime… Staking unlocks and token unlock calendars get dug up every day to scare people, so everyone ends up shouting about selling pressure while also worrying about missing out. Basically, I set a very plain rule: I only interact with protocols I can understand, and I stop if the fees go over budget. Even any expected upside is treated like a lottery—don’t treat “maybe there’ll be an airdrop” as wages. When FOMO hits, I go listen to a couple of old songs, and after a while, the market noise dies down.
