Haha, the collection messages have all been sent.

In 2020, I bought a house from Country Garden, and not long after, it went into default.
In 2023, I finally finished building the house, and when I went to inspect it, they asked me to take the keys first, and to get the keys, I had to pay a year's property management fee upfront.
Not taking the keys means they won't accept the house; what kind of bullshit rule is that?
After taking the keys, various issues arose—cracks in the wall paint, cracks in the door frame, tile grouting problems, and so on.
They told me to find maintenance personnel.
Maintenance was perfunctory at best, and in the end, I was so angry that I thought, fine!
From now on, I won't pay a single yuan of the property fee.
I've owed it for two years, and now they pull this stunt on me.
I don't even visit the house often, and you're doing this to me?
