After the Sui mainnet went down for several hours, it has resumed; the official confirmed it was a Gas logic bug.
In an announcement this morning, Sui’s official stated that mainnet activities have returned to normal. Previously, the network was shut down due to a crash bug in the Gas billing logic introduced in version 1.72.
Next, there are three things that need to be watched: whether the relevant funds continue to flow in, whether on-chain transaction volume and positions continue to expand, and whether the project team or the regulatory side provides new confirmation. A single breaking news update can only show that sentiment has been ignited; the subsequent data will determine whether it can take shape as a sustained trend.
