This flash crash triggered liquidations of 405 traders with a total of 1,393 positions, totaling a nominal loss of $1.51 million. The median margin for liquidated positions was only $31, indicating more retail participation. The synthetic perpetual contract tracks SpaceX's private valuation, as the company is still not publicly listed.
