The WSJ said the framework may require Iran to dispose of highly enriched uranium, permanently forgo nuclear weapons, restore freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, and gradually lift the maritime blockade and some sanctions relief, but it would need approval from Trump. Meanwhile, an Iranian missile was intercepted; the U.S. threatened to resume military operations and impose sanctions on relevant entities, leaving the situation tense.
