Lately, earning testnet points feels like doing morning physical exams... It was supposed to be practice, but I defaulted to thinking "there will probably be an airdrop," and as soon as I had that expectation, I started adding more time and emotional investment. To put it plainly, I need to set a stop-loss for myself: spend no more than X minutes each day, and stop when the time is up; skip those that require repeatedly changing accounts or farming points; for gas fees, transfers, signatures that are ridiculously high, I won't force it—I’d rather miss out. When the mainnet funds rate hits an extreme, and the group is arguing whether to reverse or keep squeezing the bubble, I remind myself: don’t take the hype as a signal, points are the same. Anyway, I need to be reminded—practice is just practice, don’t turn a “maybe” into a “must.”
