$NOW is increasingly positioning itself as one of the core enterprise AI infrastructure companies globally, as organizations continue integrating automation, workflow orchestration, and generative AI into daily operations. The company is gradually evolving beyond traditional workflow software into a mission-critical digital operating layer for large enterprises. In Q1 2026, subscription revenue surged 22% YoY to $3.67 billion, while Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO) climbed to a massive $27.7 billion, reinforcing the strength and visibility of its long-term recurring revenue model. Its ecosystem also remains extremely sticky, with 630 customers now generating over $5 million in Annual Contract Value, highlighting deep enterprise dependence on the platform.
More importantly, ServiceNow is rapidly establishing itself as the “AI control tower” for enterprises through its Now Assist platform and autonomous AI workflow solutions, which are already tracking toward $1.5 billion in ACV for FY2026. Beyond growth, the company remains a cash-generation powerhouse, posting a 44% Free Cash Flow margin and generating $1.66 billion in FCF during the quarter alone. With strong recurring revenues, aggressive AI monetization, and a fortress-like cash generation profile, NOW remains one of the strongest institutional AI software plays in the market.
Looking at the chart, ServiceNow Inc hit an ATH of $239.06/share in January 2025 and has since been in a prolonged downtrend, currently trading about 53% below its previous high. Price is now approaching a key demand zone around the $108.53–$110.83/share region. As long as the bulls continue to defend this support area, then the next upside target remains around the $127/share zone. However, failure to hold this demand region could trigger a deeper liquidity sweep toward the $83.35/share level, which, in my opinion, would present a very attractive bidding opportunity. For now, volume structure still looks constructive and suggests the stock may be preparing for another move higher.
