Just caught a “whale address” moving again. In the group chat, someone immediately said they wanted to follow it… I’m pausing for now instead. I’m worried they might be hedging/moving positions rather than opening a brand-new position. Put simply: the same string of transfers looks like it’s rushing in, but it could actually be splitting the position across multiple chains and several exchanges/platforms—casually spreading out the risk. If you jump in, you end up just catching the mood/emotion.
Also, lately, those on-chain data tools and labeling/tagging systems have been getting criticized for being laggy or potentially misleading. I kind of believe it, but not completely… Treat it as a reference only. The key is still to watch the tempo of the consecutive transactions: is it steadily adding more, or are they moving back and forth—opening and closing at the same time. I’ll save the screenshots for now and review them slowly. No rush. I still believe this: trends will leave traces—it’s just that you have to wait for it to play out and reveal itself.
