AI startup Groq is raising $650 million for a new entity

Mars Finance News, AI chip manufacturer Groq Inc. is raising up to $650 million from existing investors after reaching a $20 billion licensing agreement with NVIDIA (NVDA.O), to establish a new company. This new company, called "Groq2," is reportedly planning to pivot away from chip manufacturing and instead focus on building "AI new clouds" (AI neoclouds) services.
