The third time I get that itchy urge to chase the rally, I stop for two seconds and ask myself: Did I really see new information, or is it the emotions stirred up by those green-and-red candlesticks that are pushing me to add more? Put simply, emotions are the best at disguising themselves as “I understand.”

Recently, the airdrop season is back again. The task platform anti-bot measures make the points feel like a daily attendance check—I’m almost “whisking” myself into treating this like an office job… The more I get pulled into the grind, the easier it is to fall into FOMO. Anyway, my rule right now is this: if I can’t explain why I have to get in right now, then I’ll cut my impulse in half first, go look at the contract and the on-chain data—at least to confirm I’m not just dating my feelings.
