According to CCTV News, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence Measurement System and Capability Building (2026 Edition)," covering six major areas: foundational support, general, core, measurement technology standards, measurement service industry, and intelligent empowerment, to bridge the final mile between laboratory innovation and industry application, focusing on challenges such as "measurement uncertainty," algorithm black boxes, and interpretability. Through key technologies such as internal state monitoring and characterization, it aims to promote the establishment of reliable, safe, measurable, comparable, and traceable AI measurement standards.
