Recently, I saw a bunch of people asking AI Agents to help with automated trading and on-chain interactions... Basically, turning "slip of the hand" into "script slip," which is more convenient but also riskier. My old problem with permissions still persists: first, look at your current asset size and how much trouble you can handle.
For small daily amounts, a hardware wallet is enough; don't rush to give a bunch of contracts unlimited permissions just for speed. For medium-sized holdings, I prefer multi-signature, which is more troublesome but at least you won't lose everything if one key is lost. When it comes to not wanting to bear all the risks alone and also worried that family and friends might not understand, consider social recovery. But the prerequisite is that the "recovery person" is reliable and you've practiced the process yourself; otherwise, you're just changing the form of risk.
Anyway, I have only one principle: it's better to be slow than to hand over the keys to someone who might recklessly open the door.
