Meige Intelligence: A subsidiary plans to acquire 100% equity of Huixin Property for 285 million yuan to purchase office buildings

Mars Finance News, May 28 – Meige Smart announced that on May 28, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongge Smart signed an agreement with Minhang Investment, proposing to acquire 100% equity of Huixin Property for no more than 285 million yuan, obtaining ownership of a 15,369.58-square-meter office building under its name. The total transaction price includes 85.9949 million yuan for equity transfer and 199 million yuan for loan repayment. The funds will be self-raised or sourced independently by the company. The transaction does not constitute related-party or major asset restructuring and still requires shareholder approval. After completion, Huixin Property will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. (Company Announcement)
