Ascend ecosystem going overseas, this time it's really about delivering a system-level output

The Outline of Shenzhen’s 15th Five-Year Plan proposes to deepen high-level AI openness, promote China’s intelligent manufacturing going global, and build a global AI ecosystem and governance system centered on Ascend, enhancing technological discourse power, promoting international cooperation, and strengthening capacity building in Southern countries. Supported by a global smart hardware and embodied-robot supply chain, it will drive the internationalization of supply-chain and service standards, and build a new generation of AI hardware global base. It encourages enterprises to contribute original results such as models, datasets, and toolchains, to build the “Moli Ying Ecology” community, to cultivate AI talent, and to participate in global governance, making Shenzhen’s plan a new paradigm for the global intelligent industry.
