Trump Again Raises a $10 Billion Lawsuit Over Wall Street Journal Coverage of Epstein Again for the Second Time

Trump has once again brought a $10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal and News Corp over reports about his relationship with Epstein. The revised complaint was filed in Florida federal court within the deadline. The previous trial was dismissed for failing to prove actual malice regarding the reports. The new lawsuit concerns a July 2025 article, which claims that the report says he sent Epstein a lewd birthday card. Trump says the card was fabricated.
