I've just noticed that more people are asking about OTC in the community, so I want to share my understanding a bit.

Actually, OTC or Over-the-Counter is a type of trading that differs from regular markets, and it can be used for almost everything, whether it's Forex CFDs or even the Cryptocurrency market. The principle is conducting transactions directly between buyers and sellers without going through an intermediary like in regular markets.

What makes OTC attractive is its flexibility. You can trade 24 hours a day, without waiting for market opening hours, and you can also access assets that aren't available in regular markets, such as bonds or various derivatives.

When it comes to trading Forex or CFDs via OTC, it's still possible because it offers convenience in timing, and you can connect directly with buyers and sellers without passing through central banks, making transactions possible worldwide without restrictions.

However, I must also mention that OTC has its pros and cons. The advantages are low fees, high profit potential, and fewer regulations. But the disadvantages include lack of oversight from government agencies, higher risks, and easier chances of being scammed.

I think the most important thing is to study thoroughly beforehand. Investing through OTC requires more caution than regular markets. You shouldn't enter without knowing what you're doing because the risks are genuinely high. Study deeply first to see if OTC suits you or not.
