Someone asked me why the hot topics change so quickly and how I avoid getting repeatedly caught off guard... My simple method: treat attention as an asset management. When I see discussions about "interest rate cut expectations," "US dollar index," and risk assets rising and falling together, I first turn off the candlestick charts and look at the contract itself: whether permissions can be changed with one click, whether tokens can be freely minted/blacklisted, who holds the upgrade keys. To put it plainly, the hotter the topic, the more it needs a health check before jumping in. If I really want to participate, I don’t chase the narrative climax; I set a cooling-off period for myself, and if I still want to buy the next day, then I consider it. Also, keep your position smaller; if you lose, treat it as tuition, and don’t take emotions as signals. For red-line projects, I just blacklist them directly; if I miss out, I miss out—anyway, life is longer than hot topics.
