The Strait of Hormuz is once again approaching a standstill, with shipping intermittently stopping and resuming.
May 28th, commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz sharply decreased, with only two ships entering the Persian Gulf, and the departing fuel oil tankers seem to have paused; the day before, two international giant oil tankers left, briefly triggering a small energy export surge.
