Someone asked me what I think about whether the project team is actually doing serious work. I usually start by checking the treasury expenditures and whether they line up with the milestones. It’s not about how much they’re spending—it’s about where they spend it: security audits, infrastructure, whether the cross-chain section’s latency/fees have genuinely been optimized, or whether the bulk of the money is just going to “ecosystem incentives,” while the community is running lotteries and raffle events every day… To put it plainly, milestones should translate into on-chain data or usable version updates; otherwise it’s like charging tolls after only fixing half the bridge. Lately, Meme and celebrity call-outs have been hot again, attention shifts fast, and newcomers easily end up chasing the last baton; I’d rather go slower—I want to see whether the team has laid the road out according to plan, even if the progress isn’t perfect, but don’t just tell stories.
