Why does current encryption feel so hopeless?


During the geek era when BTC was $0.1 to $1, people believed BTC would be widely adopted;
In the early stage of $1 to $10, people were excited about buying pizza with BTC;
In the $10 to $100 stage, people started to believe BTC would change the traditional financial order;
In the $100 to $1,000 stage, people believed more would have to buy BTC to fight inflation;
In the $1,000 to $10k stage, people began to expect traditional capital and institutions to heavily buy BTC;
In the $10k to $100k stage, people look forward to spot ETFs, national reserves, and large institutions holding BTC;
After surpassing $100k, people suddenly realize there’s seemingly nothing left to look forward to in this world—
All the buyers have already bought in, and those who haven't never will—what now?
Is this the source of despair?
Because BTC has come this far through these stages, it has finally become the other side of gold: a high-risk store of value...
