Having more than 15 complaints a year and over 30 reports to 12315 are considered malicious claims. The new regulations clarify the boundaries of rights protection and crack down on professional profit-driven reporting, which is a good thing.

It's just that looking at these "red lines" for rights protection, and then thinking of how some crypto platforms handle issues, I can't help but feel a bit sighing:
Users' complaints have clear standards and constraints, but platforms treat normal feedback with no transparent rules at all.
The right to interpret always lies in their hands. No matter how reasonable your words are, you can only passively accept the outcome, and even the channels for voicing concerns are quietly restricted.
I'm just an ordinary user, powerless and unwilling to delve deeper, so I will stop here.
The subsequent matters are left to those willing to continue speaking out.
