What kind of man counts as a “scumbag”?

He feels good about himself, isn’t loyal in relationships, is extremely selfish, is good at taking, and isn’t responsible.
He has no sense of shame, morality, or responsibility.
He has no principles, no bottom line, and so on.
He’s also lacking virtue, money, love, shame, culture, manners, accountability, refinement, and common sense.
He also has no conscience—he’s lazy and loves comfort food—and still insists on face. He doesn’t understand, yet pretends he does. A man like this is a “scumbag.”
