On May 26, Trump posted on Truth Social, calling CFTC’s exclusive authority over prediction markets “critically important.”
🔹 He called out state officials in Minnesota, Illinois & others – saying they cannot “make the rules.”
🔹 Trump warned other countries are already advancing these financial markets – the US must stay ahead.
🔹 The CFTC has sued several states trying to ban prediction markets – dispute likely heading to the Supreme Court.
