Come swimming this afternoon to cool off.


I haven't swum in a year. I swam back and forth for two laps and was completely exhausted.
It might also be because I didn't eat much at noon.
To lose fat, I only ate two eggs and a bottle of yogurt for lunch.
Now sitting on the shore, I feel a bit hypoglycemic.
Should I go eat something before continuing to swim? Hmm.
