From May 24 to May 26, significant and intense talks took place between America and Iran under Qatar's mediation. According to reports, both sides are quite close to a possible framework agreement, while some American officials claimed that the deal is "95 percent" finalized. This development has drawn the world's attention to the Middle East, as the agreement's impact will not only affect regional politics but also the oil market, the global economy, and international security.

The main focus of the negotiations is said to be reopening the Strait of Hormuz, reducing regional tensions, and managing concerns related to Iran's nuclear program. The Strait of Hormuz is one of the world's most important oil shipping routes. If stability is restored here, pressure on international oil prices could decrease, and global trade could also find relief.

According to sources, sensitive issues such as frozen Iranian assets, sanctions relief, ceasefire guarantees, and maritime security were also discussed. Iran reportedly considers the release of its frozen funds a very important condition, while the U.S. wants Iran to stay away from future nuclear escalation. Both sides are publicly cautious in their statements, indicating that some critical disagreements still exist.

Interestingly, while diplomacy is ongoing, military pressure also continues. Recent American strikes and regional military activities have made the negotiations more sensitive. Despite this, Tehran has signaled its willingness to continue talks, which suggests that both countries are seeking some diplomatic way out.

Donald Trump also stated that the agreement is "largely negotiated" and that work is ongoing on the final details. However, Iranian officials clearly said that the deal is not imminent yet and that detailed discussions on several clauses remain. This is why analysts believe that the next few days could be very decisive for Middle East diplomacy.

If this agreement succeeds, it could bring significant changes not only to US-Iran relations but also to global oil markets, crypto sentiment, stock markets, and the political dynamics of the Gulf region. Investors, governments, and international institutions are currently monitoring these talks very closely.

For now, the world's focus is on the Doha talks, as these negotiations could determine the future direction of the Middle East.
