Shengtong Energy: Qiteng Robotics' tender offer period has expired, and the stock has been suspended.

Mars Finance News, May 27 — Shengtong Energy announced that the partial tender offer made by Qiteng Robotics Co., Ltd. to all shareholders of the company has expired on May 27, 2026.
The offer price was 13.28 yuan per share, with a total of 42,336,000 shares acquired, accounting for 15% of the company's total share capital.
As the results of the tender offer need further confirmation, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the market opening on May 28, 2026, and will either resume trading or remain suspended on the day of the announcement of the tender offer results, depending on whether the share distribution after the acquisition meets listing conditions.
