Hang Seng Index Company: Hang Seng Hong Kong and US Technology Index Adds SpaceX to the List of Designated US Listed Constituents

Mars Finance News. On May 27, according to an official announcement by the Hang Seng Index Company, the calculation methodology for the Hang Seng Hong Kong and US Technology Index will be updated as follows: The index will add Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) to the list of designated US-listed constituent stocks. The weights of the 8 US-listed constituent stocks will be recalculated to an equal-weight basis after the market close on the 7th trading day of SpaceX. The newly added constituent stock and the updated constituent stock weights will take effect on the 11th trading day of SpaceX. The above changes will be confirmed once SpaceX is confirmed for listing.
