I've been looking for apps to trade with little money for a while, and honestly, there are now quite accessible options. Before, it seemed like only those with a lot of money could get into the game, but that has completely changed.
I started reviewing various platforms, and the first thing that surprised me was how low the initial deposit can be. There are apps where you start with $5, others with $20 or $50. MyTrade caught my attention because it has a super clean interface, without much noise, and you can trade stocks, forex, Bitcoin, and more from a single account. Plus, they include TradingView charts and give you $50,000 virtual dollars to practice risk-free.
If you're looking for something more sophisticated, AvaTrade and XM are focused on experienced traders. Both work with MetaTrader 4 and 5, which are the platforms used by serious traders. XM offers very high leverage, up to 1000x, but be careful because that also means high risk.
Plus500 has an impressive variety of assets, more than 2,800 CFDs, so if you want to diversify quite a bit, it's a good option. And if you're really a beginner, eToro has that copy trading feature where you automatically copy the trades of more experienced investors.
What I liked is that all these trading apps have zero or very low commissions; you only pay spreads. Of course, you have to be careful because all of this involves risks. I would recommend practicing first with the demo accounts that all of them offer. Is anyone else exploring these platforms or already experienced with any of them?
