Recently, I was looking for the best apps to invest with little money, and honestly, there are many options to choose from now. It’s no longer a matter of having a huge capital to start trading; anyone can get in with $20 or $50.
The one that caught my attention the most was MiTrade, especially if you're just starting out. Its interface is clean, without unnecessary clutter, and you can trade stocks, crypto, gold—all from a single app. The minimum deposit is $20 USD, quite accessible. It has integrated TradingView charts and a demo account with $50,000 virtual dollars to practice risk-free.
Then there’s AvaTrade, which is more for people who already know what they’re doing. It was founded in 2006 and has about 1,200 different assets. If you like MetaTrader 4 or 5, it’s available here. The minimum deposit is $100 USD, and they offer both retail and professional accounts with higher leverage.
Plus500 is another of the best apps to invest if you have experience. It’s listed on the London Stock Exchange and offers over 2,800 CFDs. Recently, they entered the U.S. market with futures and prediction markets, which is quite interesting. Also, the minimum is $100 USD.
XM is for traders who already master the subject and want high leverage, up to 1000x. They’ve been in this since 2009 and have more than 1,400 instruments. The initial deposit is the lowest, just $5 USD. It supports MetaTrader 4 and 5, so if you’re a fan of those platforms, here you go.
And there’s eToro, known for copy trading. Basically, you automatically copy the trades of experienced traders. It’s ideal for beginners who want to learn by observing others. Minimum deposit of $50 USD, and you have access to over 3,000 real assets, not just CFDs.
Honestly, choosing depends on your level. If you’re a beginner, Mitrade or eToro are your best options. If you already have experience and want more advanced features, AvaTrade or Plus500. And if you’re looking for extreme leverage, XM. The important thing is to practice first with the demo account before investing real money. Trading always involves risk, so don’t let FOMO drive you.
