Stopping loss really is like a breakup, the more you delay, the more you want to "give it one more chance," but in the end, you're paying interest every day: emotional interest, opportunity interest, plus the interest of not being able to sleep. To put it plainly, the market won't treat you better just because you can't bear to let go; it will keep teaching you with slippage.

Isn't there a major chain scheduled for upgrade/maintenance these days? Everyone in the group is guessing whether the ecosystem will move. I'm actually more worried about my small holdings not being able to move: with low liquidity and rerouting, if I want to run, I have to cut more… It's a bit tragic but also realistic. Anyway, my current approach is simple: first, figure out "what exactly did I do wrong," then write the breakup message (stop-loss line) in advance, and when the time comes, just hit send—no hesitation. Sigh, pushing through only makes it worse; those who understand, understand.
