Just now I got the itch again to chase a green candle that turned red, and I clicked on my mouse to confirm before stopping: am I seeing new information, or am I purely being driven by emotion? To put it simply, information should clarify "why now," while emotion is only left with "fear of missing out."
I usually first scan on-chain: whether the same group of addresses is pulling, whether there are abnormal transfers, if unsure, I’ll eat a few less bites of noodles first, don’t add too much spice all at once.
My colleague is still talking about social mining, fan tokens, saying attention is like mining, I find it pretty exciting but also a bit虚: attention is indeed valuable, but if I get too excited and add to my position, I might end up mining my own patience… Forget it, I’ll cut my position smaller first, and if there’s real potential, it’s not too late to chase later.
