People who are particularly prone to anxiety share a common trait: they always seek certainty in what they do, fear instability and loss, and are terrified of problems arising. They are extremely afraid of unresolved situations. As long as a matter is not settled, the waiting process will make them unbearably distressed. Behind this, it often stems from long-term feelings of unease and tension experienced in their youth.
