I've been looking for the best apps to trade with little money because honestly I don't have the capital to start big. And the truth is, I found quite accessible options I didn't imagine.

The first thing that surprised me is that MiTrade lets you start with just $20. The interface is clean, without much noise, and you can trade stocks, crypto, gold, all from a single app. It has integrated TradingView charts and a demo account with $50k virtuals to practice risk-free. Perfect if you're just starting out.

But if you already have experience and want more options, AvaTrade offers both retail and professional accounts, MetaTrader 4 and 5, and automated trading tools. The minimum deposit is $100, but you get access to over 1200 assets.

Plus500 is another one worth checking if you're looking for extreme variety: over 2800 CFDs, access to futures, and they recently entered the U.S. market. Zero commissions, only spreads.

XM is interesting if you're attracted to high leverage (up to 1:1000) and prefer MetaTrader. You can start with $5 and they have different account types based on your profile.

And eToro stands out if you want to learn by copying experienced traders. Copy trading is their strength: automatically replicates other investors' trades, ideal for beginners.

The reality is that the best trading apps depend on your level. If you're a novice, MiTrade for the low deposit. If you want automation, AvaTrade. If you're looking for diverse assets, Plus500. If you like extreme leverage, XM. And if you prefer not to think too much, eToro with copy trading.

Everything has risks, of course. But at least now there are real options to start without needing a fortune in your pocket.
