Wu Shuo learned that, according to a report by China Business News, at the “Getting Started ‘15th Five-Year Plan’” series of themed press conferences held by the Information Office of the State Council, Liu Guixiang, a deputy-ministerial-level full-time member of the Adjudication Committee of the Supreme People’s Court and a second-level judge, said that the people’s courts will conduct in-depth research on newly emerging case types such as virtual currencies and cross-border finance, and will promptly develop judicial interpretations for civil compensation involving insider trading and market manipulation to ensure the stable operation of the capital market and effectively protect the lawful rights and interests of small and medium investors.
