Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 27th, according to Cryptopolitan, former CEO of Singapore-based crypto lending platform Hodlnaut Zhu Juntao has been charged with six counts of fraud for allegedly making false statements regarding TerraUSD (UST) risk exposure, each carrying a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, fines, or both. Prosecutors stated that Hodlnaut had invested $317 million of user funds into Terra's Anchor Protocol without disclosing it to users, and lost $189.7 million after the UST collapse in May 2022. Zhu Juntao has pleaded not guilty to all charges in court, and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 2026.
