It’s been a long time since I dropped some alpha in here so here is something I used to repeat over and over in my livestreams

Unless you have been living under a rock, since we hit 82.3k the price action flow changed into a slow bleed environment
-> no major high has been taken
-> all major lows are being taken one after the other

Most traders get chopped to pieces in these environments when it is actually one which is fairly easy to trade when done correctly.

First advice: don’t marry your longs until proven otherwise, don’t set your TPs at extremes, target .707 or .886 retraces instead for way higher chances of success

On the other hand, when looking for shorts, you want to assume no major high is taken so the closer price gets to the high, the better the entry you will get to target the previous lows created. Obviously you don’t just wanna blind short, you have to correlate this with your own criterias to enter a position

A slow bleed is NOT OVER until it actually is, highs are protected and lows are swept

It happened last year, it’s happening now too, don’t be allergic to the red button lads

另一方面，当寻找空头时，你要假设没有突破任何主要高点，因此价格越接近高点，你就越能获得更好的入场机会，以目标之前形成的低点。显然，你不想盲目做空，你必须将此与你自己的入场标准相结合。

缓慢下跌的趋势在实际结束之前是不会结束的，高点受到保护，低点被扫除。
