Meta now prohibits employees from writing code by hand.

I suspect it has some kind of evaluation mechanism in the backend; if employees can't distill out new ideas, they get fired.
The basis for judging whether someone can't produce new things through distillation is: when employees who continuously distill and true employees perform the same programming tasks,
if this person cannot surpass the output and quality of the distilled version for six consecutive months, they are deemed a "medicinal residue" employee and are dismissed.
But being distilled into medicinal residue in one company,
may still have value in another company, so the essence of employment becomes being distilled again at another company,
growing from medicinal residue to a touring medicinal residue.
Always being able to receive a salary and separation fee is actually not bad.
