Bitcoin Volatility Outlook Falls to 9-Month Low

Bitcoin's expected volatility fell to a nine-month low as the Bitcoin Volmex Implied Volatility Index dropped to 36.11 on May 25. The index tracks the market's 30-day Bitcoin volatility forecast using real-time crypto option prices. Bloomberg attributed the decline to lower trading volume and reduced demand for options hedging.
