Just so you know, I discovered something interesting about the richest players in the world. Like, we always think it's Cristiano Ronaldo or Messi, but actually the richest guy who plays football is a guy named Faiq Bolkiah, nephew of the Sultan of Brunei. Fortune of about 20 billion dollars, but the money doesn't come from football, it comes from inheritance. Kinda strange, huh?

What caught my attention even more is that there's another guy, Mathieu Flamini, former Arsenal and Milan player, who became a billionaire after he stopped playing. He founded a biofuel company and got really rich, not from player salaries. Now that's entrepreneurship.

Then there are Ronaldo and Messi who built their fortunes differently — with personal brands, global sponsorships, hotels, gyms. Like, football isn't just about playing ball anymore. The world's richest players nowadays earn more off the field than on it.

And the salaries? Cristiano Ronaldo is earning 220 million per year just on the field, plus 65 million in advertising. Neymar, Mbappé, Benzema... all with crazy figures. It really turned into a billion-dollar industry. Who would've thought football would become such a profitable business?
