The four-week experiment requires participants to stake at least 100,000 OP tokens in the PolicyEngineStaking contract. It will be conducted in two phases: Week 1 uses FIFO, with priority outside the minimum threshold unaffected; Weeks 2-4 prioritize transactions based on a weighted Gas multiplier according to staking duration, with longer times receiving higher multipliers.
