The recent hot topics change too quickly, my eyes are following the trend, and my wallet is also easily paying tuition... When I see things like "large on-chain transfers" or "exchanges' hot and cold wallet movements" being interpreted as smart money, I pause first and don't rush to speculate on the plot. Honestly, those funds might just be moving, doing risk control, or switching bridges across chains. When information isn't enough, rushing in blindly is basically handing over attention to be harvested by others.

I've set a small rule for myself: wait a night when hot searches come up, and only consider buying again the next day if I still want to; if I really want to act, try with a small position—anyway, don't treat "missed opportunity anxiety" as a signal. Also, pay more attention to fees and delays—whether the bridge is congested, whether the costs are high—these are more practical than just saying "smart money is coming." That's it for now; taking it slow isn't a big deal.
