The National Energy Administration Holds a National "Artificial Intelligence+" Energy On-Site Promotion Conference
At the meeting, the National Energy Administration interpreted and deployed the "Action Plan for Promoting Bidirectional Empowerment of Artificial Intelligence and Energy" and the "Special Action Plan for Fully Improving Power Supply Quality and Developing New Productivity (2026–2028)",
released the "China 'Artificial Intelligence+' Energy Development Report 2026" and 51 high-value energy scenarios for "Artificial Intelligence+",
and 25 energy companies signed the "Initiative for High-Value Artificial Intelligence Application Scenarios in the Open Energy Sector".
The meeting emphasized that artificial intelligence is an important engine for building an energy powerhouse and developing new energy productivity,
and called for thoroughly implementing the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,
seizing the strategic opportunities of global artificial intelligence development,
continuously deepening the openness of energy application scenarios,
focusing on breaking through key core technologies,
promoting efficient coordination of computing power and electricity,
actively creating a good atmosphere of ecological co-construction, resource sharing, value co-creation, and future win-win,
and pushing to form a new pattern of bidirectional empowerment and integrated development of artificial intelligence and energy.
