Used to fast-forward playback and mindlessly scroll through short videos, today I was suddenly hit by a small question thrown out by the company: "How long has it been since you quietly and focusedly spent 10 minutes?"

To help everyone regain their lost focus, the company launched a 7-day learning challenge within the internal think tank GateTube.
There are no strict requirements, nor restrictions on what to learn, just ways to encourage everyone to set aside 10 minutes each day, watch videos, write reflections, and "give the time back to yourself."

In an era that constantly urges people to move forward, it’s truly rare to find a company willing to slow down, caring about employees’ inner input and growth.
