Kimi's move really leaves people confused; the open-source community just helped you with adaptation, and then your account gets banned. Is this discrimination so obvious?

CryptoWorld News reports that Kimi's model subscription service has sparked protests in the Chinese developer community due to account bans. Open-source developer Leechael developed a Kimi adapter for the terminal agent tool, but after launch, Kimi's official team banned his account. Overseas developer Noemi also faced account suspension after using Kimi code to connect to Pi and run. Kimi code team member Young responded only in English on X, saying that access to the affected accounts has been restored, but did not address the protests from domestic developers, causing dissatisfaction. Leechael then issued a suspension statement, pointing out that the official team has treated Chinese users differently, and the adapter is now indefinitely discontinued.
