In the past two days, I’ve kept seeing the secondary market shutting down royalties and calling it “efficiency improvements.” To put it plainly, everyone just wants to pay less—but it’s also pretty awkward when creators are basically left without income. I used to still believe that “community consensus will make up the票 voluntarily,” but now I’m feeling a bit cold about it… I no longer think you can prop up the creator economy just by morality, at least when the market turns sour. And then there’s the whole on-chain ranking setup: retail investors complain about MEV front-running, while watching validators/miners’ income go up—everyone feels like they’re getting scraped. Anyway, these days I pick projects by first looking at how they handle royalties/profit sharing and fund flows. Not because I’m trying to be a saint, but because I don’t want to buy and then find out I’m fueling a “sentiment-driven pump.” That’s all for now—I’ll just watch and wait.
