Guofu Quantum invests $39.8 million to acquire nearly 20% equity in the decentralized AI social messaging platform Luffa AI.

Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 26, according to Aastocks, Hong Kong-listed company Guo Fu Quantum announced the acquisition of the decentralized social and messaging platform Luffa AI for USD 19.8 million (approximately HKD 154 million), acquiring a total of 11.89 million issued shares, and also allocated USD 20 million (approximately HKD 156 million) to subscribe for 10 million new shares of Luffa AI. After the transaction is completed, they will hold a 19.9% stake in Luffa AI. Luffa AI mainly engages in developing and operating AI and Web3-based communication and social networking products and related services, using end-to-end encryption and distributed technology to protect user data, and providing services such as decentralized identity and access management as the infrastructure layer for autonomous AI agents.
