I've been looking for a place to invest in the stock market without getting scammed, you know? And honestly, in Mexico, there are quite a few regulated Mexican brokers that work well. The important thing is that they are supervised by the CNBV or some serious organization, because if not, your money could go to hell.
I started researching because I didn't know where to begin. I found that Kuspit is great if you're just starting out, with low commissions and a minimum deposit of just 100 pesos. Then there's GBM and Actinver, which are more established, with more asset options. Bursanet is also in the game, especially if you have more capital to invest.
What caught my attention is that there are regulated Mexican brokers offering everything from stocks and ETFs to cryptocurrencies and currencies, depending on what you're looking for. Mitrade, for example, is international but works here; it allows you to trade CFDs with low spreads, although the minimum deposit is just 20 dollars.
In the end, what matters is that the broker is regulated (CNBV is the standard here), that they have commissions that won't leave you broke, and a platform that isn't a nightmare to use. I’d say that before putting money in, you should compare what assets each one offers and what their fees are. Security is the top priority, buddy, because if the broker goes bankrupt, your money is protected in segregated accounts.
Is anyone else into investing? What broker are you using?
