Golden Finance reports that on May 26, U.S. Secretary of State Rubio, after ending his visit to India, spoke to the media today (May 26) regarding the U.S. military’s so-called “self-defense strikes” carried out early this morning against multiple locations in southern Iran. Rubio said, “(The) Strait of Hormuz must be open; it will open in some way eventually; it must be open.” He also said that it is expected the agreement with Iran may still require “a few more days” in terms of wording negotiations.
